
These classes use the techniques of the late Joseph Pilates to increase "core strength" and develop strong elongated muscles, flexibility, power and balance. Emphasis is placed on working with good form and alignment. Our instructor for all classes is Robin Budnetz, trained by Joseph Pilates himself.

We are currently offering three different Pilates classes:
If you ever wanted to take a Pilates class, now is the time! This class is designed to ease the beginner into the Pilates experience. With guided precise and encouraging instruction, you will develop your "core" strength, decrease tension, and balance your body from the inside out. Modifications will be offered to meet individual needs.
