The body shop fitness room is a non-threatening atmosphere to get your workout accomplished. Our professional staff is available to show you how to use the equipment safely and easily. The room consists of a cardio area with treadmills, elliptical, Stairmasters, lifecycles. To build strength we offer a Cybex strength circuit and free weight area. All members are entitled to a free orientation to the fitness center. Personal training is available by appointment at an additional fee.
Our gymnasium is bright, airy and has a rubberized low-impact floor. Full court pick-up and half court pick-up basketball games are available. Please refer to the gym schedule for open times. Basketballs are available for your use in the gym. Our gym can be rented for corporate parties, events, etc. Please contact Dale Stark, Director, for more information at ext. 501.

Our 6 lively classrooms are host to a thriving pre-school program, for children ages 3-5. Our classrooms are designed to enhance your child's opportunites for learning through exploration. In addition, students in our programs use a wonderful roof deck playground and take part in fun fitness classes in our gymnasium.
Our library is home to a large collection of important works in current and historical Judaic literature. Members can access the library to enjoy its rich resources, as well as borrow movies and books.
Headquarters to our after-school program and equipped with a host of table games, including ping-pong, pool, foosball and air hockey, the youth lounge also provides space for quieter pursuits. Here kids make their own fun, whether that means honing chess skills or watching a favorite TV show.
This cheery, multi-purpose lounge provides a comfortable setting for programs directed at older adults.
There are also large open spaces that host our lecture series, exercise classes and special events. These spaces are available for rent to host your next special event.
