Gym Classes for Children

Infant & Toddler: Ages 6-36 months

Your child can jump, climb, balance, roll, and swing in our play gym with slides, bridges, rings and more. Parents/caregivers assist in the delight of their children's learning and exploring. Bond with other parents/caregivers as your child interacts, learns and grows. Our professional staff is comprised of dedicated teachers who are selected for their skills in working most effectively with this age group.

When you sign up for one of our Infant/Toddler gym classes you get an extra FREE day of Open Play Gym! You will have your regular structured class one day and you select from our offerings your additional Open Play Gym day where your child gets to practice his/her new found skills on our exciting play equipment.

Early Childhood: Ages 3-5 years

Our programs are designed to provide opportunities for children to master motor skills and learn about movement. A child who is engaged in physical activity at a young age is provided a foundation for developing positive attitudes towards physical activity later in life.

Through our classes we engage children in activities that will develop their strength, coordination, balance, gross motor skills and flexibility. At this age more specific skill development is introduced such as throwing, catching, and kicking. Sport specific activities can be enjoyed as children are maturing and developing their listening skills and concentration. Our class schedule allows you to extend your child's day from our Nursery School. Children can be picked up from a late-stay afterschool program and brought back at the end of class.

Youth: Children K-6

Channel your child's energy into our fitness related and/or sports specific programs that are active, exciting and fun. Children will strengthen their bodies and minds as they partake in classes such as gymnastics, soccer, basketball, dance fitness, judo and karate. If you are looking for more competition, our Youth Leagues will offer you action packed excitement.
