BodyPump!

BodyPump™ is a 60-minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls.

Class schedule for Spring 2013:

Sunday 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
Monday  9:10 a.m. to 10:10 a.m.
Tuesday  8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday   9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Thursday  6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Friday (alternate weeks)  9:10 a.m. to 10:10 a.m.
