Join us for an evening with special guest speakers, information booths, a panel discussion, and interactive demonstrations covering topics like healthy aging, personal fitness, planning for change, mental health, when it's time to make a move, protecting assets, "seniorizing" the home, and many more resources for our senior community and their caretakers.
