Managing Transitions Through Life Symposium

With the help of the Samuel Field Y and Central Queens Y Business Council, we'll be hosting a Live Well: Live With Purpose Managing Transitions Through Life Symposium on Thursday, November 3, at Hillcrest Jewish Center, with doors opening at 6:15 PM. Join us for an evening with special guest speakers, information booths, a panel discussion, and interactive demonstrations covering topics like healthy aging, personal fitness, planning for change, mental health, when it's time to make a move, protecting assets, "seniorizing" the home, and many more resources for our senior community and their caretakers.
